Instant or Crock Pot Healing?

Is it possible to heal the soul quickly or does it take some time?

As many of you know, in 2020 I injured my knee, which required surgery and months of rehabilitation. Finally, after about a year, I started to feel completely healed. I felt good enough to resume my workout schedule, with some tweaks. I began to lose the weight I had gained from sitting around and probably snacking too much, and thought my injury was finally behind me.

As you know, I am a healer of the soul, so during this time, I was working on whether my soul had created this injury for a reason. My left knee was injured, which is our female side, so I knew the issue had to do with females or my own sense of empowerment or intuition. I had noticed that most of the time, any injuries or difficulties seemed to occur on my left side, and I knew I had issues to heal.

Obviously, I thought I had healed all of my issues with women. I had been working on it for years. Most of my heartbreak had come from my various friendships with girls beginning at a young age and continuing with various females through the years.

So, finally, I am good, right?

Wrong.

Last month while I was enjoying a very intense workout on my beloved Gazelle while listening to some breakneck work out tunes, I felt a twinge in my knee. Same one. Oh, I thought, it is just a litte strain. I will give it a day or two and it will feel better.

Now after what I consider to be plenty of recuperation time, I am still struggling with that knee.

Which leads me to the question. "Is instantaneous healing possible?"

I still believe the answer to that question is "YES!"

Over the past twenty years, I have been doing healing sessions with clients and have seen some amazing results. I have seen clients instantly heal ancient wounds, resulting in what I can only describe as miracle recoveries from severe challenges.

Other times it takes a little time.

Sometimes we have to go back to the same issue over and over until all residue from the original injury, physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, is completely eliminated. Sometimes it originated in another lifetime or dimension. Sometimes it was inherited from an ancestor. Sometimes it was related to our connection to energies that don't even belong to us.

In my sessions with clients, each one is individual to that client. What heals instantly in one might take a little time in someone else.

If you are in the process of healing your soul, I know you want the instant version! I can say without a doubt that sometimes it is possible! Sometimes we are able to get to the heart of the issue immediately and your life completely changes.

Other times it takes a little time.

If you are cooking soup in a crock pot, what if suddenly you decide you don't want a particular ingredient in the soup? Is it possible to take it completely out without starting over and throwing what you have already created out?

It depends on the ingredient, but, generally, no. But it is possible to neutralize an ingredient by adding other ingredients to offset the one you don't want.

For example, I can neutralize fear by adding love. I can neutralize rejection by adding acceptance. Sometimes it takes a little time before your soup tastes more like acceptance than it does rejection. You are used to feeling the old way. It takes a little time to reprogram your brain.

Sometimes we are so identified with a certain aspect of ourselves that we don't know who we are without it.

Moral of this story?

Give yourself a break. You are doing the best you can. Keep adding love. Schedule a session if you need help identifying or eliminating a pattern.

Every day we are all getting a little wiser, a little more healed in our soul, a little more aware. Congratulate yourself for your accomplishments.

You are a work in progress.
